The slurry is uniformly coated on the metal foil and dried to make positive and negative electrode pieces. In order to ensure the uniform coating effect, the thickness of the electrode pieces must be tested to quickly show the uneven coating thickness. Multi-pair deep view intelligent high-precision laser displacement sensor SG5025 is used to measure the thickness of the pole plate synchronously and continuously.
