In the cell lamination process, it is necessary to confirm the diaphragm coil surplus status in real time, and remind to replace the diaphragm coil when it is about to run out to avoid idling. Using deep vision intelligent laser displacement sensor SD33-195, by measuring the thickness of the outer layer of diaphragm core, calculate the diaphragm sheet material allowance.
